chrisw:  New updates: as Jason and Jon rightly pointed out on the msg board - that ordinance I mentioned earlier was vetoed by Hizzonah Willie Brown and in other news (better posted late than never) there's an interview with Dealership in Section M.


Our hiatus will be ending soon. We miss all of you. And we'll definitely be back together in January...


Jane and I have been interviewed regarding intellectual property issues, the internet, file sharing, mp3s and all the other distribution controversies that have infuriated the RIAA, artists who rely on sales as their sole source of income, and university sysadmins. :) The final edit of our thoughts should be posted at Creative Commons soon. I'll be attending the launch for that effort - an effort started by Mr. L. Lessig, Stanford law prof. of Eldred v. Ashcroft fame. It'll be a blast, I should think.
